Nice facility, healthy environment, good education and music program, and loving atmosphere! Ms Sara and Ms Becca are very talented, caring, patient and responsible teachers. I already see my kids becoming more independent, confident, and better at emotion regulation. One time I reached out to Ms Sara for a parent-teacher meeting. She quickly scheduled a meeting with me, listened to my concern, and shared with me her observations, and actions she will take to further help my kids. Mr Tim is also wonderful. If your are looking for a good fit for your child, I would recommend you to take a tour with them:)
We moved from another Daycare and I have nothing but great things to say about Kiddie Academy of Chesterfield! Teachers from rooms 8 and 9 (Ms Karrie, Ms Kelly, and Ms Celia) are absolutely wonderful, patient, and deeply care for my daughter and all kids. My daughter loves it and is thriving at Kiddie. I have already recommended Kiddie to close friends; one of them already registered her daughter and they are as happy as we are. I love the stability at Kiddie, since I had a very bad experience with another Daycare where teachers were leaving frequently, not providing a stable environment for kids and not having a single person to talk about the development of my child. I am extremely happy moving my daughter to Kiddie!
This place is terrible. Miss Sara is a terrible teacher. She has no idea about kids how to help them to improve their mental development. She brutally terrorized my son. My son is now mentally affected. Their business is only for taking money.
Untrustworthy Management. the staff and teachers are awesome. But the management is bad. I had an unexpected financial situation in May .
So I called the school and asked for options if they could deduct the escrow deposit in June tuition but they said 30 day notice is required to refund the escrow, and I was informed that they would consider my call as verbal notice and proceed further and refund escrow in July 2023.
towards the end of June, I emailed about this and gave the address to which the deposit cheque has to be mailed but the reply I recieved was a shocker. I was informed that they cant refund as written notice was not given and July tution was deducted.
Either I should let go the deposit or continue July , so they can deduct the escrow. I had to remind about what was discussed. the director apologized for the miscommunication and informed me that she would check with Supervisor about the refund. But end of the day I was informed they will not be able to refund the escrow but will revert the July tuition.
when they confirmed about an option May end how could it change in July and deduct tuition fee, saying o written notice was given . when I was confirmed that they would consider my call on May end as a Notice. It would not have taken me much time , if they would have communicated that They can proceed only If I send an email.
If they would have communicated clearly, I would have discontinued in June end instead of waiting for the escrow deposit. Whatever you communicate, it really doesn't matter here. They always quote the policy No matter if there was miscommunication at their end.
Management has to improve in their communication and tracking. Should Value People and their time. Very disappointed and untrustworthy.
